Born in the Bronx and raised in LA, I went on to Santa Monica Junior College to run for the 1968 Olympic hero Tommie Smith. I became a Junior College All-American and headed to USC. When my knee gave out, I switched my passion from athletics to advertising.

I graduated from Art Center College of Design and went straight into a job at Disney. After a few years in movie marketing working on films like, Pixar’s Cars, Ratatouille, Wall-e and many others, I went on to Saatchi LA. There I’ve done the highest rated Super Bowl spots for Toyota, helped win the LA Chargers account, and launched Toyota’s first ever global Olympics campaign.

I'm not racing around a track anymore, but I'm still competing. The urge to be the best is significantly more durable than the human knee.
